Duplicate User group reactions

I'm not quite sure as I don't use the site.

Just that maybe if "Well-known members" on here (user title) was also a user group, they could give a reaction of "Informative" while new members can't give (but can receive) them. In other words, it could be a reward-like system from some users to others.

Seems cool. Could also be used as a spam preventing measure if you say have a +5 weight reaction you wouldn't want new members just spamming everywhere

Permissions for reactions have already been requested.

Hello what about adding permission, on nodes where "reactions" can be selected such as in "news/ect" and allowing us admins to have user group permissions so we can't have random people just going around and we cannot see who they are such as "guest ect".
