XF 2.2 User group Promotions

I have a promotion that upgrades accounts to a valid group on 5 posts, this enables signatures and private messages.

Is it normal for this promotion to apply to only logged in members, even if the option 'is logged in' is NOT checked?


Even if I trigger the cron to run manually, it will only apply to my currently logged in members.

You don't need to select logged in - it will apply to all accounts which have made 5 posts.

Promotions only affect members who have logged in recently.
Others will be promoted the next time they log in.

If you want to force apply it to all members, run the Rebuild user group promotions task in the Rebuild caches menu.
