Hi all,
I have a user who is using an iPhone and hides offline, after aproximately two days he has to log back in again even if the stay logged in check box is ticked. I'd like to get this sorted but I see it as a previous problem but I haven't seen a fix. Has anyone got a fix for this? Even if it's how to completely remove his username from who is online so he doesn't have to have hide offline set. He is worth the hassle as he is a valuable member of the community so I'd like to get this sorted.

Hiding your online status does not affect the ability to stay logged in.

If the member is checking the stay logged in box then it's likely an issue with their device/browser.
Clearing browser cache may resolve it, and ensuring cookies are allowed.
