XF 1.2 Use Template Field within Custom User Field

Hello, I'm trying to create a custom user field and have it display a fieldid from a template.

So ideally, I want it to have the user custom field to display the value of "{$visitor.example.fieldid}" within another template.


Is this possible?

I want to create a custom field/message element. Like where Post counts and etc goes and have it's value be supplied by the data in an addon.

So the addon makes a field of {$visitor.example.fieldid} and let's say that number is their ID number and it's 840628. I'd like that to be displayed in a custom field.
