XF 1.2 Use Stop Forum Spam and Project Honey Pot at same time

I see there is an option that says:

"Check DNSBL on registration: Check IP addresses in DNS block lists when a new user registers to help prevent spam. If the StopForumSpam integration is not enabled, the Tornevall DNSBL will be checked."

So if Stop Forum Spam is active, is there any point in entering the Project Honey Pot key? Will it check both, the Stopforumspam and Projecthoneypot, databases?

The SFS check refers to the custom system at the top. If you disable that but keep DNSBL active, it will check the Tornevall one. If you enter a Project HoneyPot key, it will always check that.

So if I dont disable the DNSBL and enter a Project Honey Pot Key, will it check both the SFS and DNSBL?

The SFS check is separate. The Tornevall DB mostly matches with it, but in a much more limited way (and it's not updated with the same frequency).
