XF 2.1 Use spam cleaner from admin panel?

I am looking at the user list via the admin panel and seeing some accounts that are clearly spammers that are waiting to post their spam. The only choices I get from the admin panel is delete the account or ban it. But I prefer to use the spam cleaner in order to check for similar IPs and add this user to the spammer list. How do I do that?
