Lack of interest Add the ability to run the spam cleaner from the edit user page in the ACP

I've found myself a few times looking at users in the admin control panel as a result of performing searches only to find that they're very likely to be spammers and I want to run the spam cleaner on them, but there's no option do to so without leaving the ACP. It would be handy if there was a link in the actions drop down.
