XF 1.5 Use regex on custom user field for user group promotion

I want to create a rule where a user will be promoted to certain user group if one particular custom field (text field) is SET and NOT EMPTY. Is it possible (like regex or something)? Right now, I can create a rule if a certain field contains some particular text.

That's not something that's supported out of the box.
