Actually in handling bookmarks is using also the phrase message.
If you don't have any message for a bookmark the phrase no_bookmark_note is used.
To use also message makes it difficult to translate, because it makes sense to have a different label at the bookmarks.
To be honest, even message is a bit wierd. Note would be way better.
