Use of return for new paragraph

Hello

A member has pointed out a problem when using the return button.

If as above a full stop is added to a sentence and then return pressed a new line is started.

If no punctuation or space entered then the return button doesn't do anything.

They are using chrome and Google keyboard

I seem to be experiencing the same issue here and on our forum.

This used to happen for me too but then my phone got upgraded to Android 13 and that was the end of it
