RM 1.1 URL value display HTML

I have created a field in RM and set "Value Match Requirements" = URL.

I type in fx http://www.cnn.com and it shows as http://www.cnn.com in output.

Can I type something in "Value Display HTML" so the output becomes cnn.com ?

That would require some form of an add-on. In general, there isn't a method to filter the display of the entered value the value display HTML.
