Browser issue 'URL text' keeps showing although no link's being hovered

This bug is found on Google Chrome 39.0.2171.95. The 'URL text' will only vanish after right-clicking inside the page or moving the mouse pointer outside the page content

This bug sometime needs to be triggered by hovering some times to some links

This is totally controlled by the browser. We have no control over it at all. I would note that I have seen this with Chrome and I'm pretty sure I've noticed it on other sites.
