If a table-full error occurs, it may be that the disk is full or that the table has reached its maximum size.

I think you may need to contact your host about this.

No, most likely, like I said an add-on. There are forums on xenForo with 100k's threads in a section. 23k wouldn't be an issue unless you ran out of disk space for your database.

Indeed, I see a couple of add ons mentioned in the error message. To the OP I would also advice the same thing as Mike, disable them and see if it would make any difference.

Well all advises in this thread are valid.

First you should try by disabling an addon and if that doesn't help there is surely something wrong with your server that needs to be rectify.
