RM 1.2 Uploading updated of files not working...

When trying to upload updates of files, it is not working on some files and we are having to upload new files, losing notification to members who previously downloaded the files.

After hitting save instead of getting a banner that says your changes have been saved you are just left on the update screen with all the same data showing.

Here is an example of the screen for one that has failed to update after pressing Save Update - note that I haven't re-entered the info displayed, it is left over from previous attempts it seems, if I go back in to the file area it is still there. The top part (2nd screenshot) is also as entered previously except the uploaded file is gone and the version is blank.

Does the same thing happen on a unmodified default style with all addons disabled? Are there any server errors logged when this happens? Are there any errors in the browser console when this happens?

Is there a way to disable all add-ons at once to test it, without it disabling the Resource add-on itself?

No errors anywhere.

I don't think so, you would have to disable each addon individually.

The upload via update works fine for most of the files.
