The first GIF is animated, the following two aren't, but uploaded as seen in the attachments here.

This is because the first image is smaller than the resize threshold (1280px) so we just use it as-is. The other two are resized, and GD does not support animated GIFs. You can use Imagick on your own site if you require support for resizing images with animation.
