XF 1.5 Upload A File -- To Where?

I clicked on Upload A File (on my forum) and it seemed to be uploading something. But where did it put it? I'd like to reference it in a post.

When you upload a file, it should be displayed in a list beneath the post editor that you uploaded it from.

The files are stored on the server in the internal_data/attachments directory.

The URL will be something like: http://localhost/development/attachments/file-name-pdf.123/
