XF 2.2 Upgrading to 2.2.8.1 Fatal Error

Site worked fine prior to attempting Upgrade to 2.2.8.1 (Created a Backup with the hosting site prior to attempting). While attempting the upgrade I got this error.

I attempted to restore my backup, host says backup restored. However now, I get the following error codes.

I'm a bit new to Site Hosting overall (I've managed to trial and error my way through it thus far) What are my options to fix here?

The actual error is "too many open files".

This is a server limitation imposed by the host.

Contact them and ask them to increase the value or remove the limit.
