XF 2.1 Upgrading to 2.1.12-Forum has stucked

Hello.Tried to upgrade automatic within my control panel,it took several hour and then it stucked.Now I have no access to the CP or panel and saws this picture

What can I do to have access and restart the forum? Thanks
mention that before the upgrade I switched from CP/options the forum to off

I just went to that link and it took me to Upgrade system login and asks for name or email, and password. So the link works,

Yeah finally I did a full backUp restore!I had no other choice...

It is also still that automatic message on CP "XenForo 2.1.12 is now available" but I'm afraid to do so...Is there any problem if I dont and just wait for 2.2 upgrade?

Can I ask!From my fault I tried to delete a new note that I made and I deleted all the parents nodes,about 4.To recover these,I have to do a data or a file backup?

The automatic updater currently only allows upgrading to 2.1.12 and then to 2.2.

Otherwise you can do a manual upgrade to 2.2 by uploading the files via FTP.

However, identifying the cause of the problem and resolving it would be the best course of action, to avoid it happening again in the future.

Yes that would be the best.But the only indication I have about the problem is that when it automatically started the upgrade from CP,as usual,it took more than 3 hours and still gone...Tried to stop it to find what it is going on and...it is crashed.Do you have any idea what may be the cause?And what is the best way to check or upgrade again safely?
