XF 1.2 Upgrading from terminal?

Hi,

I would like to know what is the procedure to upgrade a large forum from terminal console, instead of a regular browser. This is to avoid various timeouts, do to browser restrictions (60-75s).
I see this file: library/XenForo/Install/run-upgrade.php
I presume, once I upload the new files all I have to do is execute:

php /var/www/html/community/library/XenForo/Install/run-upgrade.php
