XF 2.0 Upgrading from 1.5.14

So after uploading the files from upload folder to my webspace I'm getting a "The site is currently being upgraded. Please try again later." on index which is fine.
Problem is I can't get past Authentication on /install

I have disabled 2FA if that's causing issues in config.php on my 1.5.14 installation and I'm still stuck

Maybe check your computer settings.

That's not XF 2FA authentication.

That is something you have implemented on the server, likely via .htaccess.

As @Brogan said above, that is not XenForo authentication, that has either been implemented via .htaccess on your server, or if you are using cPanel, you may have added the authentication by setting up a username and password from the Directory Privacy section on your Control Panel.

Right, thanks for the response. I forgot that I password protected the install directory long ago and never had to access it since I never upgraded after 1.5.14

All fixed now
