upgrading from 1.0.4

I know its beta and is not recomended for a production site but I am itching to upgrade but I am scared. Are people still having upgrading issues or is it safe to upgrade without having all issues afterwords, like when you upgrade vb?

FWIW, my site has been upgraded since Beta 2 and is now on Beta 3.
