XF 2.3 upgraded to xf 2.3.0 and got problems

I was sure that all the add-ons were compatible with version 2.3.0, but it turns out that one of the add-ons was incompatible and meant for version 2.2. And of course, I didn’t back up the database. Now the forum is buggy. Not always, but some users can’t open new threads. For example, when they need to enter the title, they have to write it somewhere else and then paste it into the title field to make it work, otherwise, it reports an error. It also reports other errors. It’s as if updating XenForo to 2.3 broke something within the forum

of course i have.. i upgraded the addon..
but i saw many users got problems after the upgrade to 2.3.0.. maybe its not just a addon problem.. but its a problem withing the upgrade to 2.3.0

You can check the error logs. However, it's crucial to take a backup before performing an upgrade. The XenForo system also notifies users to do this before upgrading.

The vast majority of users have upgraded their forum without any major issues. There doesn't seem to be any problem with XF 2.3... Do you have any outdated or custom templates?

When this type of thing has happened to me its often users have cached the corrupt pages and clearing browser caches does the trick.
