XF 1.2 upgrade to 1.2.3

i have received a mail that i can upgrade to 1.2.3. Now i am running 1.2.0, but it says "you are already running the current version 1.2.0", so can i not upgrade to 1.2.3? or what is the problem?

You need to download the upgrade package from the customer area, upload the files to your server and then run the upgrade.
