First two (outdated templates) you need to update your themes.

Last one (file health check) you will need to contact the add-on developer (@Jon W) about.

The outdated templates will likely be best solved by updating the style you're using if a more up to date version has been released. You should check with the authors.

The File Health Check output is suggesting some files belonging to Waindigo add-ons don't exist or have the expected content - you would again need to ask the author about this.
