XF 2.3 Upgrade path?

I manage two different Xenforo sites, both are version 2.2.15. We didn't process the ver16 upgrade due to the issues with it and are now looking at going to 2.3

The email said the upgrade path was ACP/Tools/Check for upgrades. On that page, the upgrade for 2.2.16 only is shown. When I check for new upgrades, nothing comes back.

Is this a bug in the method or should I be doing something different. What is the correct procedure to obtain ver. 2.3 upgrade

Click through to the upgrade page and you should be presented an option for either, however it might be worth waiting for 2.3.1 if you have configured a cache due to a lingering issue with the one-click upgrader unless you are comfortable doing a manual upgrade.
