XF 2.1 Upgrade issues

I had a catastrophic blunder from me. I somehow deleted all my xenforo files. I uploaded all the 2.1.2 files and re uploaded the database backup. Now when I goto the admin area I get this message: The site is currently being upgraded. Please check back later.

How do I fix this?

The backup from the database was 2.1.2 before the files were deleted.

Try adding /install/ after your forum URL and hit enter.

I thought about that too. But the upgrade was already perform the day before. I was just replacing a sql backup from today and reuploading the files. You would think that would have worked.....

I tried running the /install/ and it looks to have fixed the issue..
