XF 1.3 Upgrade Information

Hi

Can anyone advise how I can acquire an address prior an account upgrade?

We offer a forum branded mug inclusive of every forum upgrade and currently I we don't seem able to obtain an address as part of the process.

Any help would be appreciated.

Bumping this over a month later in the hope someone can kindly assist.

Create a custom user field.

Modify the account upgrade template to only show to those who have filled out the field.
Or create a user group promotion based on the field and modify the template to only show to members of that user group.
