XF 2.2 Upgrade from 2.2.12 to 2.2.13

Not from my point of view.

I crashed severly, as by mistake I changed IP during upgrade.
In detail: had alongside a VPN-connection which I closed by mistake during upgrade.
Had to restore from backup 5 minutes before. Nothing lost, but had to be offline for about two hours.

Anyway, maybe some idea concerning change of IP during update would be an idea for the developers to think also.

Upgrade to XF 2.2.13 is far less important.
