Updating Time Zone SQL

Does anyone know the SQL code to update all members timezone?

I did an import that did not go and import that, so everyone is in the England timezone.

UPDATE xf_user SET timezone = 'Europe/London';

Update the locale to suit.

would it be 'Central Time' or 'Central Time (US & Canada)' ?

Central Time (US & Canada) is actually America/Chicago.
