Update Problems

When trying to update my site, I followed the instructions exactly. Still, the following error appears when I attempt to perform the update.



Additionally, I cannot access the site. (As expected.) This error shows up:

An unexpected exception occurred.

Any ideas? I'd really appreciate some assistance.

xf_data_registry should exist in the database. Is the library/config.php file still pointing to your existing xenForo database? At any point did you create a new database or clear your existing database?

Yes, it is still pointing at the correct database. For some reason, however, the entire database seems to have been erased. I'll need to contact my host, since I'm not responsible for this. Thanks for your help.
