XF 2.0 Unusual error with Google Chrome Mobile?

I don't know if it is the software or the browser or the server but some users are getting either one of these errors while either trying to register, login, or navigate the forums. Fresh install. Only topics and colors have been changed. Mod's purchased and installed: XFES, XFRM, and Media Manager. I have no clue what is the issue.

That's coming from the server, before XF is involved.

Any idea what the specific error might be? So I can call tech support to get it resolved. Just wanna make sure I re-iterate the issue correctly. I'm using GoDaddy shared hosting. @Brogan

I had a problem where my website was not sending anything to specific DNS groups, you might want to call them and ask about this.
