Fixed Unrecognized space in Google Autheticator code

Google Authenticator for iOS generates a code with an space (sample: 410 504).
XenForo fails with this format (because needs 410504).
This is confusing for most users, who think the app doesn't work.
Tested in Chrome and Edge for Windows 10.

We've switched this back to the "number" input type so that should accept spaces going forward.
