Unread threads with & without new posts are separated

I've only just noticed this little feature.



There's a separator between unread threads and unread threads with new posts.

I think that separator is between threads with new posts but did not get any updates since your last visit, and threads with new posts that have updated since your last visit. not between between unread threads and unread threads with new posts.
