Unfurl whitelist and blacklist

As the european union is about to decide on new legislation that might cause forum operators in the EU not being allowed to display snippets/titles for links (without having to pay a fee to do so), it would be nice if XF could implement a blacklist adn whitelist for URL unfurling and for displaying Titels on posted links:

If there are blacklist entries, URLs machting the blacklist should not be unfurled and should not display the title of the website when posting a URL.
If there are whitelist entries, only internal links and URLs matching the whitelist should not unfurled or display the title of the website when posting a URL.

• Reproducing more than “single words or very short extracts” of news stories will require a licence. That will likely cover many of the snippets commonly shown alongside links today in order to give you an idea of what they lead to. We will have to wait and see how courts interpret what “very short” means in practice – until then, hyperlinking (with snippets) will be mired in legal uncertainty.
• No exceptions are made even for services run by individuals, small companies or non-profits, which probably includes any monetised blogs or websites.

It would therefor really seem like a good thing to have an option to blacklist and whitelist unfurling.

§ 87 g Urheberrechtsgesetz has become active law in Germany by June 7th 2021.

So by now, at least in Germany, it is risky to use unfurl or the option to automatically use titles in links.
Facebook has already reacted to this and does no longer show a preview for links to press articles posted by 3rd party users.

It would be really great if XenForo could provide an allow/disallow list option for those two features, as right now the only safe option is to disable both of them.

I would also like an option to exclude URLs from your own site.

Another vote to exclude urls from internal links or provide an option to blacklist domains from unfurling. It looks particularly ugly to unfurl internal links.

XF 2.1 - Unfurl leading to Robot Check (Amazon)

I started seeing my amazon links change to "Robot Check" for link titles. Anyone else seeing this? What's the cause and how to fix?
