Unapprove messages if they contain certain keywords

Is there an addon to moderate messages as they're posted if they contain keywords?

Kind of like the spam filter thing, but for all messages

You can use the spam phrases option and set it to manually approve.

Thanks, but that's already used for new members. I need a secondary level of keyword checking
