Hello, I am facing "Unable to Connect to ssl://a.klaviyo.com:443. Error #0:" error Can you please guide me for that? Thank you!

As we mentioned in your support ticket, we don't support our XF1 addons any more, but this error in particular is from an error connecting to an external service which is probably out of our control anyway.


It looks like older versions of Klaviyo's APIs are being retired on June 30th, so it is almost certainly related to this. Unfortunately we wouldn't be releasing any updates for XF1 as it has been end of life for at least 5 or 6 years now so is obsolete.

XenForo last released an update for 1.5 in December 2018, and it hasn't had security updates since December 2019. The recommendation would definitely be to plan an upgrade to a currently supported version of XenForo as you'll probably run into more problems as time goes on the longer you run obsolete and unsupported software.
