Browser issue UCP Panel icons almost invisible in dark mode

I wanted to report that from my smartphone, Samsung S10+, using Internet Samsung, the top right icons are almost invisible when the dark theme is selected and the dark mode is active on the smartphone. I attach the screenshot.

This is due to Samsung Internet's own bizarre dark mode feature, which we have no control over. There is some advice from Samsung employees about disabling it with varying degrees of success:

For additional fun; if the css :root { color-scheme: dark } is missing on a dark style (which can be the case for older 3rd party dark styles), the Samsung browser will try to apply bizzaro dark mode to a dark style.
