Ubuntu 14.04 - Released

I tried ubuntu (not sure which distro sorry) the other day, my son installed it for me on my laptop, I really loved it!

Only problem is that I can't use photoshop (easily anyway) and as such I had to get him to uninstall it, I am thinking I might get another machine and just have a dedicated windoze machine for photoshop and use ubuntu for my regular comp.

I know Ubuntu's servers have been getting hit hard today (can be expected). On Twitter they said they were down for a bit. So if anyone is just looking for the simple torrent link, I've uploaded it to our CDN

Duplicated the setup on two small VPS's... that way I can compare some setting changes side by side.

And totally off-topic
I'm setting up a Gentoo system... jeez Louise, this IS 2014 now. I thought I got away from this crud when I left Slackware a LOOOONNNGGG time ago. Of course, doing the minimal install as a server but still. Everything seems (so far) to have be be end user compiled.

erm.. no :p lol

Gimp might be fine for what you do, but it isn't for me thanks, plus I need other items from the Adobe CS.

I am going to get my son to build me a new machine just for graphics etc, and turn my lappy into a linux machine instead.
