Two sites, same server, same setup, one is much faster. Why?

I have several XF 2.2 sites but one is slower for some reason and I can't figure out why. Almost identical in config and add-on setup, both use redis cache (unix socket), php 8.1. Can anyone tell me why RVForums.com is slower than Flightinfo.com?

No difference for me.

Lighthouse also reports them as being very similar.

TTFB, FCP, and TTI are actually lower on rvforums, although FLT is slightly higher.

Thanks for the look. gtmetrix is showing quite a difference. Maybe it's just a theme construction difference, simple header/footer on Flightinfo.com and more complex arrangement on RVForums.com. Both are backed by Cloudflare.
