XF 2.3 Two links: one unfurls the other not?

Hi, is this a bug? (v2.3.9)

So I tested the two links posted by an advertiser (leading to their website).

• the one URL tested that results in an error actually shows as a link correctly in the text.
• the one that doesn't give an error, shows the whole string non-clickable.

I tried to reformat it myself unsuccessfully, but usually we never need to intervene for this.

EDIT: I was wrong, it's still not showing the link normally, Ugh. WHY??

If I click on Preview in edit mode, the links show correctly, but as soon as I refresh the page it's gone again, the links look unfinished.
