XF 1.4 two forum copies

I did something with the forum template and now I have a duplicate of the forum on the same page
How do I get rid of the copy?

Revert the template.

Does this delete all the template modifications I've done previously for other add on's?

It will only delete the template edits you have made to that template and not any others.

Otherwise you can also view the history and copy and paste the content of the template before you made your breaking edits.
