Can I be on two development teams at once? One of them had their license extended, but we did not have time to renew ours.

What does piracy have to do with it? There is a developer whose license is renewed. If I'm on his team, there can be no question of piracy.

If you have been contracted by a customer for development purposes then yes, you can access the XF files, regardless of your customer status.
