XF 1.5 Twitter integration troubles

I set it up according to this https://xenforo.com/help/twitter-integration/ page. I made sure the callback url is the same as i set it in the forum options but still i'm getting this message.

Twitter returned the following error: Could not retrieve a valid Token response from Token URL: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <hash> <error>This client application's callback url has been locked</error>

Any idea?

I had this issue until i deleted my current application, then i made a new one with the appropiate call back with http:// for me, could be https:// for others with ssl. Have you tried to start over with it ? shot in the dark i know, but worked for me
