XF 1.3 Turning on visible forum descriptions?

I was told we could turn on visible forum descriptions so they show inline like VB does?

Style Properties > Forum / Node List

It should be in there. I can't check right now, though.

How to keep them on ALL the time please? Not just when hovering. I can't seem to get it to work. Thank you.

Use the ACP search and enter: sub-forums popup

Then uncheck the 'Show sub-forums popup' option.
