XF 2.1 Turn on HTML mode in editor for admin/moderator

How do I turn on HTML to the editor, so me as an admin or moderator (per permissions) can click it and get the full HTML code in the editor

You can't.

There is a turn on for bbcode but not HTML, why - that makes things very limited for me
