XF 1.1 Turn off post moderation

In an effort to reduce spam, I turned on post moderation for all users. It's become more trouble than it's worth scrolling through 100+ posts a day. I'm trying out a new captcha that I think will work, but I can't figure out how I turned on post moderation.

How can I turn this off so registered users and guests will not have to have their posts moderated?

Two things to check:

Admin CP -> Applications -> Display Node Tree -> [click the forum] -> Moderate all messages posted in this forum

Admin CP -> Users -> List User Groups -> [click the group] -> Follow message moderation rules

I getting this same problem, I have checked "not set" on follow message moderation rules and i have un-checked the Moderate all messages but i am still getting this problem.

Is there a way to just permanently remove the Post Moderation stuff, or have i just set this up wrong

Set it to "Allow" to stop people's messages going into the moderation queue.
