Trophy Points - Additive?

I award trophy points based on multiple criteria and have a user title ladder based on trophy points.

Registered User for 2 years - award 50 trophy points if user has been registered for at least 730 days.​

Registered User for 3 years - award 75 trophy points if user has been registered for at least 1030 days.​

Does a user who has been registered for at least 3 years end up with 75 or 125 trophy points in my scenario? If the former, I'm good; if the latter, I will change 3 years to award 25 points.

It would be 125 trophy points because you add the 2 together.

Thank you. A related question, if you will. In CRON, I see trophy points being recalculated but not user titles, which are based on trophy points. Would this be handled by a different CRON entry? Likewise, under Data Maintenance, I see an option to recalculate trophies but not user titles.
