when I must install translation package? before or after import (from vb)?

Its a stupid question but I'm in the proccess (now uploading files) and I'm a bit nervous

You need to post in the correct forum.

If you're unable to, you should go to the Customer Area (http://xenforo.com/customers) and sign in with the username and password you created when you purchased your license. After that, go to the Forum Users page (http://xenforo.com/customers/forum/users). Enter in there your forum username and you will be able to post in the correct forum.

Posts/Threads do not require a langauge package.
Make sure your new MySQL database is encoded with UTF-8 before proceeding with installing xenForo.
