Installation:

1. Download traffic_v1.0.zip and unzip it.
2. Upload the Andy folder to your server. The correct location is library/Andy.
3. From your Admin Control Panel, go to the "Install Add-on" page.
4. Upload the addon-Traffic_v1.0.xml...

The only problem I'm having is that the width of the map itself is too wide for the sidebar wrapper and is off center. Not a big deal but I edited the small php file and it did nothing.
