Fixed Top/bottom borders of thread prefixes are cut off in search results

The picture says it all... This is from a search results page (I was searching for threads that I'd started) and I don't think the missing top/bottom borders are by design.

I had the same problem on thread view with the bottom border.
I had to edit Style Properties -> General -> Title Prefix to remove the -1px bottom margin.

It may be that further tweaking is required to get them to show properly everywhere.

Just confirmed that the issue is resolved if you set General -> Title Prefix -> Margin Top to 0.

So set the bottom margin to 0 for the thread view, and the top margin to 0 for the search results.
